In your confirmation email, you will receive links to complete the Parent-Child Dedication information form and upload photos to be used in the ceremony. We would like to have the form and pictures by the class date, if possible. Please reach out if you have any questions about the process.

*By being a participant in this Parent-Child dedication class and the ceremony, you acknowledge that Central Christian will be recording you and your family as part of our service, which is also live-streamed. Central Christian Church reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during the sermon or this event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photo/video. If any family members absolutely cannot be shown during the live-streamed service, you will need to communicate that to the Central Kids Team before the day of the ceremony.
