Event Details C3 Youth Fall Retreat 2025 Back to Calendar Come enjoy a weekend getaway at Westminster Woods with the C3 Youth! We will spend time growing closer to the Lord and in relationship with one another! The weekend will be filled with biblical messages, times of worship, eating together, games, and activities. Students will stay in cabins and enjoy this time with friends and leaders! The early bird price is $80 per student through September 17th. Price increases to $95 on September 18th! This cost is non-refundable and due at the time of registration! Ax Throwing (HS Students only) and Archery Games are additional activities and are included in the registration price. Registration and the extra Activity Liability Waiver & Release forms are required by October 2! We will leave from the church on Friday, October 10 at 5:00 PM, and we will return on Sunday, October 12 between noon and 1:00 PM. We will travel to Westminster Woods, in Fall River KS. NOTE: Parents, you will pick up from the C3 Youth Building on Sunday, October 12th. Students will not need to eat before we leave; supper will be served when we get to camp.
